I was born in Warren, Ohio and raised in Naples, Florida. After beginning college at the University of Florida, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I hold a professional teaching license and recently obtained my Master of Catechesis degree from the Catholic University of America.

I have four children - Isaac, Joseph, Grace, and Eve. I also have a very large German Shepherd named Max and a very fat cat named Leo. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and watching movies.

I was Baptized and Confirmed in the Eastern Rite of the Catholic Church when I was an infant at Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren, Ohio. I made my First Holy Communion at St. William’s Roman Catholic Church in Naples, Florida, and have been a member of St. Pius the Tenth since moving to Greensboro in 2007. I have been involved in many aspects of community life at St. Pius, both through the parish and the school. I enjoy volunteering my time to help with fundraisers and events and I have served the parish for the past several years as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Minister of the Word, and as one of the editors of our parish newsletter, Echoes.
