My name is Sheila Shearin and I am so happy to be joining the St. Pius X community as the Nursery coordinator. I am originally from Buffalo, NY, attended Catholic school from K-8th grade and have been a parishioner at OLG for 25 years. I received my education from UNC Greensboro and have been working with children for 23 years.

I have a true passion for working with children of all ages but enjoy our youngest learners.  I feel fortunate to be able to pass on my Catholic Faith to another generation of children, and help prepare them for Mass when they begin attending with their families. I believe in creating a community of learners that nurtures growth in a positive, fun environment. I am looking forward to making the best of the time we have together and I am honored to be entrusted with your children.
